RadioPilote: scripting live and playback streaming!

RadioPi, the Ecole Centrale Web Radio has released a set of scripts that can administrate a complete web radio, with live shows and playback streaming from mp3. See it working at: RadioPi.
RadioPilote aims at bringing up a powerfull handling of live and playback streams, using perl and php scripts.
This the project is the release of al GPL material that are used at the Radio, including PHP nuke modules and blocks to produce a complete web site for listeners!

As RadioPi and the ECP are french, all of this is actually written in french, but I'm ready to translate all if needed!
You can read, in french, a manual about how to set up a playback channel, using rules about title, genre, album, and more!
